What is Get on Track?

Get On Track is an eight week mentoring programme led by world-class athletes.
It improves young people’s communication, teamwork, confidence, health and well-being, leading them into employment, education or further training.

Week 1

Getting to know each other through team building activities and challenges.

Helping to build young people’s confidence and skills in effective communication, teamwork and leadership.
