If you’re a young person who is facing or already dealing with homelessness, you’ll be feeling anxious, frightened and alone.

We are here to help.

You might be able to move into one of our residences where you will receive support from our staff if you are in one of these scenarios:

  • You are sleeping rough, sofa surfing, at risk of losing your home or in any other unstable or unsafe living arrangement
  • You are a single mother
  • You are part of a family that is homeless
  • You have a physical or learning disability, mental health problem or criminal record (non-violent).

The Homelessness Transition Fund is an independent fund that
aims to protect essential services for homeless people, encourage innovation and
support communities to adopt the ‘No Second Night Out’ standard. The fund is
administered by Homeless Link with funds from the Department for Communities and
Local Government.
